Affiliated Research Centers

Four research centers housed in the College of Engineering are intimately connected with the mission of IGERT-ID: the NSF funded Engineering Research Center (ERC) the Bernard M. Gordon Center for Subsurface Sensing and Imaging Systems (CenSSIS), the NSF funded Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center (NSEC) for High-rate Nanomanufacturing, the Communications and Digital Signal Processing Center (CDSP), and the ALERT Homeland Security Center for Excellence.

Industrial Partners

IGERT Fellows may participate in a summer internship through one of Northeastern's many industrial partners.

International Collaborators

IGERT participating faculty have many international collaborations. Fellows interested in doing research in an international setting should talk with their advisors to identify opportunities and potential timing that fits with coursework.
